Terms of Service

AEON B is an AI-powered information and recommendation service for aesthetic procedures.

This Service is not a medical service. All information, procedure recommendations, and AI responses provided by AEON B are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Any final decision regarding whether to undergo a procedure, which procedure to choose, and suitability must be made through an in-person consultation with a licensed medical professional.

- AI recommendation results are reference information based on user-provided input and the Service database. They do not guarantee medical suitability for any individual.
- The Service makes no warranties regarding the results, effectiveness, or side effects of any procedure. Actual outcomes and risks vary by individual.
- Price information in the Service is for reference only; actual costs vary by clinic and provider.
- AEON B is not liable for decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

Users must not:
- Submit bulk requests or scrape data using automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.)
- Redistribute information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, content, design, and trademarks — belong to AEON B and its respective rights holders. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Users retain rights to their own chat input; the Service will not use such content for purposes beyond providing the Service.

AEON B may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for improvement, technical, or other reasons. Material changes will be communicated via in-service notice or email in advance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.

AEON B may update these Terms and will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via in-service announcement or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
